Colorimetry is a tool that visualizes the color profile of an audiovisual artifact, here Black Mirror S01E03 (Charlie Brooker, 2011). The software samples frames of the movie, it gets the colors of the image according to a grid and rank them by their hue. Then, the colors of each sampled frame are shown on the vertical axis; the episode takes place on the horizontal axis, from left to right.

This visualization reveals the general atmosphere that emanates from the episode. Moreover, it illustrates its global structure: we can see different color bands, that reflects the different places and temporalities of the story.

In 2023, a series is generated on the theme of Articial Intelligence. The movies 2001: A Space Odyssey, Colossus: The Forbin Project, Westworld and Blade Runner are visualized through Colorimetry.
